The demand for BIM specialists has been increasing steadily and there is a resource crunch in developing countries to find experienced BIM staff.
Building a strong BIM team with proper training and experience is an extensive activity and it is important ensure that the trained staff is retained to give back to the organization.

A BIM Director is a senior level position to drive the organizational level BIM implementation efforts. A BIM Director also educates and influences the management with the benefits of the BIM adoption.
