HR - BIM Training

Building a BIM team requires the existing staff to gain more knowledge and also to potentially hire new staff members in key BIM roles. Finding the right BIM team members is an elaborate process given the lack of resource availability for the experienced BIM personnel. The Human Resource team should be trained in the basic concepts of BIM and also to understand the company’s long-term vision for the implementation to help being in a better position to find the right resources for the team.

Management level BIM Training

BIM implementation is a top down approach starting with the commitment made by the management team to adopt to the new methodology. The management team should be trained to understand the benefits of Building Information Modeling and also the potential risks involved in the implementation process.
