Achieve improvement in productivity

Complete transformation of all organizational level activities from 2D to BIM System

Staff at both functional and management levels are fully trained and are capable to carry out the day to day BIM activities with ease

Obtain the return on investment for BIM Implementation and plan for next steps

Build a BIM Ecosystem with capable external consultants in-line with the project activities

Improved efficiency in daily project activities both internally and externally

Increased understanding of the project design and all stake holders

Reduced loss of information and design conflicts for all projects

Improved quality of all projects as whole beyond the scope of work
