Some of the key things to note while managing folder structure are;
Follow a standard Folder naming convention.
Avoid using all capital letters while naming folders.
Use Pre-fix numbers to help organize the folder orders.
Keep the folder structure flexible enough to add & remove based on the project specific requirements.
Train the project team members to ensure that the proposed folder organization and naming convention is adhered to.
